Am i missing stock stereo harness plugs?

lads, need some help with the stock stereo.

got a JZX100 had an aftermarket pioneer, which i took out to put in a stock cd+tape+md unit.

on the back of it, there's provisions for 3 plugs, but the car's stock harness seems to only have one plug coming out of it.

the stock harness from the car doesnt look like it's been cut or modified

check the pictures, anyone come across a problem like this?

Looks like its been played with, those wires are to thick for stock wires

+ cant just get any stock headunit for our cars, 3 different options u could have

Satnav, Stereo with stock amp, and basic.
