I figured I'd grab a copy and make it available as a download in case you want to use it offline or you don't have internet access at the time.

I also thought about converting it to a PDF so that you could use the search function to find stuff quickly as it's currently all a bunch of PNG format images. I may still convert it to PDF with the help of some OCR software but that's going to take a bit more work.

I know, but it's better than nothing I guess. The VVTi portion, I assume, would only really cover the VVTi solenoid on the intake cam whereas everything else would be pretty much the same.

thats true. do you know if theres any manuals for assembling of disassembling the 1jz? like a full on repair manual?

The closest I can think of is the Supra 2JZ-GTE repair manual, the 1JZ Repair Manual seems to be as illusive as a prostitute with an intact hymen.

I've got PDFs of the Cooling System, Emissions System, Lubrication System, Mechanical, SFI System and Troubleshooting. Glancing over the PDSs quickly, I'd say you could probably get 60% to 80% of the info you need out of them that could be directly related to the 1JZ IMHO. Let me know if you'd like me to upload any of them.
