- How prompt is the reply from the place
- How customer friendly is the service ?
- How professional is the service and getting the work done right first time (and if not first then having the decency to man up, admit mistake and resolve the issue)
Last point is only once you've really dealt with the place
Anyways, I had the Series2 bar sitting for quite some time and now having sold the Series 1 bar, it was time to get the colour matched.

I emailed a few places (with the above two pictures) - prices ranged from 2xx ~ 5xx$$ - I had dealt with Perfection Body Works with my last Chaser (had wheel arches lipped and general tidy up)

So dropped off front bar - Monday morning, one phone call to confirm the colour code and picked up this morning 200$ later..

next time I'll be getting rear guards cleaned up (the high spots) - been quoted $700 for that.
