Hmm.. I should really update this thread.

Since the last post, I ended up selling the arms.. All of them including the Ikeya arms. Had bit of a cash issue but I don't want to get into that!

With the 17" meshies I had on the car, I got pulled over by the AFP for being too low

Then there was a guy wanting to swap 18s for 17s, meshies as well. I swapped with him and regretted it straight away as you would probably understand why from the picture below,



It just doesn't compare to the 17s I had on it so then I sold it after hating it and putting deposit on another set of wheels (18x9.5 and 10.5" Vskfs). That didn't end up going through because the guy was going around in circles, not knowing if he wanted to sell them or not, I got my deposit back.

I was on the market for a set of TE37s. Was so close to buying a set of some 17x9 and 18x9.5s but it sold so I impulsed and bought a set of 34GTR wheels and now I look like Joey!





I had raised the car after selling the last set of wheels and couldn't be bothered lowering it again but I like how the car sits and handles at this height so I left it. Less attraction from the cops too which is always good.

The improved handling I got from raising the car made me want the car to handle better so then I bought a set of TRD swaybars That's installed now.

Having not done anything for a while, I felt like buying something for the car then ended up buying a Power Fc (which is for sale!) for it. Installed it but removed it until I could afford a tune.

Next was when I was bored of my exhaust lol It was too quiet for me so I ended up selling that. Purchased another exhaust which ended up being more expensive and quieter than the previous exhaust At least this time round it was a stainless system.

And for those who read my first post, I made it because my missus left but she's back now! And an important date with her is coming up and I need cash hence the sale of my Power Fc. So someone buy it!

Enough of me blabbing on, here are some pictures








Plans for the car is to install that Pfc again and get it tuned if it doesn't sell. Then to purchase one of those under body braces as well as strut braces and then maybe new wheels lol

Anyone want to swap Pfc for some bracing plus cash my way?

I'm happy with the amount of stuff I got done with the car while the girl was away overseas. Unless I get a job soon, I don't think mods will be happening as quick

Cars not that high. Looks great now, even with the 18 inch meshies they weren't bad.

Yeah, the 34 GTRs suit the Chaser really well. Both in fitment and looks department. I just don't like the fact that it's not original. I want to be different from other (Joey's and who knows who else) Chasers.

And the 18" meshies were hideous. That picture doesn't look too bad but in real life..

I'm loving the current ride height though, still under limit but handles awesome. Not bottoming out lol

Always tempted to go lower but it's after this height that without rear arms, the camber goes crazy and I'll have to use spacers or wider tread to fill the gap. My girlfriend just says it's not low enough

So since the last post, I have since got a Cusco front underbody brace and wheels..

I swapped the 34GTRs for a set of 17x9 +22 TE37s. Since the tyres on the 34s were on the way out, I thought I was getting a bargain by swapping them.



Little did I know while we did the swap that there was a CRACK in one of the rims





I checked them out before going with the trade, but I didn't notice it until I clean the wheels up. What can you do.. Currently in the process of finding someone to weld them up and find a replacement.

Anywho.. While all the above was going on, I had already purchased another set of wheels. Work Equips! It was a long 6 week wait for them, but they rocked up this morning and I couldn't wait to mount tyres on them and install it. So here it is,




















The wheels were absolutely MINT! And they sit very nice also. Fronts could do with another branded tyre, the current 225/40 595s are a little chunky. It's not rubbing crazy, but preferably, I'd like them changed or to dial in some camber.

Wheels weren't the only thing to rock up today. I also received my damaged Origin boot lip





Still trying to figure out what to do with it. Such a shame..

Wheel alignment coming soon and probably a new turbo set up... maybe.

I'm gonna chase auspost up about the damage, there was insurance on it so hopefully I get some money back. If I don't then I'll have to try and repair this one and just fit it.
