Heyo, so i got my projectors the other day. Started doing some work on my test headlight today. Dremel is your best friend in these circumstances.

Bung your headlight into the oven for 5 minutes @ 100 degrees - should be warm to touch the plastic. Slowly pry lens away from the headlight housing. This may take more than one "bake" in the oven. I took only 2 bakes but got impatient and ended up cracking the black headlight housing.

it is a very tight fit with the lens just a few mm away from the projector. The shroud is still not sitting correct and am waiting to get some mirror tape to cover up the gaps.

Only thing now is I do not know where to put the parker lamp as it will not be seen anymore. I don't think it looks too bad.
I think CCFL ring are a bit ricer and LED running lamps are overdone with Audi's, Merc's, Lexus's and every other major manufacturer using them. Thoughts??
