Sub 10:1 AFR is rich (Frag, look at the chart again?!?). The fact that it's the whole way through the range is worrying, the engine is drowning in fuel for some reason.

Sorry didnt read it entirely properly, but it also running up to 16:1 AFR is getting lean too, definitely something funky going on with the fueling.

are the plugs all fowled up and black?
running 10:1 is pretty rich and will burn the plugs out more quickly
things you might want to consider doing
- disconnect battery
- get some electrical contact cleaner and clean the AFM
- new plugs (BK7 somethings - check the spark plug thread)
- and maybe try running the stock airbox if you have it
- chuck some octane booster in the next full tank
ecu should reset itself and might fix the super rich fueling issue but bare in mind Jap have a higher octane pump fuel than us loosers here in Oz
