As for rego I paid $612.30 this year so that's a big kicker...

but Like I said it's all in my budget... + there's a little extra in the kitty for mods and what not

Since I have 8-12 weeks of waiting... till my Chaser arrives I'm curious to know a few thing on mods and what not...

I've already decided on what FMIC to get it will be the HDi GT Spec cooler... thanks to Dropbear... have a look at his members ride thread to see product fitted... funny enough his got a silver chaser too... lol...

But Still undecided on a few other things.

Once I do put in the FMIC what BOV do I get??? Whale what brand is your BOV???

To internal or external gate after Hi-flowing the turbo??? your Views

If I do go the external gate path what Waste gate to get??

As for the ECU... well that's another kettle of fish still undecided... I'll re-ask this question further down the track... I think more research on my part is to be done...

Mate if you're splashing out on a gate forget the CT15b completely. High flowing our tiny turbos is the low cost option. High flow and keep the internal gate or chuck the lot out.

Mine is Tial, but really until you get a boost controller and other mods I wouldn't bother with an aftermarket BOV. I only upgraded because I found mine would open and close at weird times. Greddy and Blitz make jzx100 kits too.

Don't bother with external gate if you're only hi-flowing.

well I think I'm after more response than anything else so I guess I'll be sticking with a hi-flowed turbo and the internal gate which makes choice of dump pipe easy... [Katsutadai Works] especially after hearing only good things...

I guess BOV can wait till stock one shits it's self...

Copped another kick in the ribs from the commodore today... the alternator decided to say good night so there goes more cash out of the kitty that I didn't want disappearing especially after spending big dough on the clutch a month ago.... be glad to get my Chaser and get rid of the commodore...

no need for a etcs controller IMO. just unplug the damn thing and take otu the bulb form the dash......free

i oaid double to register my chaser for the first time. so ye.

something to do with the initial rego cost plus first time regestration fee. i dunno but came to $1200
