JZX100 ETCS Canceller - HELP!

This attachment is the instructions I received when I purchased a an ETCS canceller from yahoo. Excited cause it arrived today along with my BBS locking nuts, however I am unable to read Japanese.

Can any of you please help me out?

ok so you have a green, yellow, white, blue and unknown color...

find the top left wire outta the etcs ecu cut it.. the white wire goes to the ecu the blue goes to the throttle body...
do the same with the green or second from the left... green to ecu yellow to wiring harness..

that will leave you with prob a power (maybe red) and hook straight up to it and then the seperate to earth...

:P how does that sound??

dissconnect earth on battery when ya do it...

I figured that much however where is the SCC to begin with? That is the only issue I have, any ideas?
