I was at Upgarage today and I just picked up a set of old school Rockford Punches midwoofers from back from their golden days (around '96). These things are beastly... on the spec sheet it says they take 120W RMS a piece with a sensitivity of 96dB/W which is pretty ridiculous. Anyhow, I managed to find they take 2 31/32" for mount depth. In any case I can make a mounting ring from MDF and but will the stock grill on the door clear?

Also I'm curious about the factory amp output (the 4.1 channel system... the front has separate tweet/mid components). What kind of impedance load (4ohm?).
