I still managed to fit the air diffuser over my PWR rad. My lower bolt holes were a tiny bit off but overall it fitted nicely- just shut it harder and don't think about it
and just bought some Kazama tie rod ends nd cusco swaybars... :(

so far i have a damo dump, kazama tie rods, aPexi OFC and boost controler, cusco sways and some pivot bushes for the selector to fix up a sloppy shifter to fit and tune so i should be a happy man soon

epic list, truely epic!!

You mean my head?? ooooiiiiieeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeey!
those thingos are the camshaft bolts lined up. I took the photo of the engine bay with the cam covers taken off, after I put in the HKS cams.
Nothing else otherwise.

So it's been frickin' 11 months since the last update. Work has sucked me dry so far, and I've been unable to go to ANY of the meets, but the Chaser's going strong so far without any major issues.
As it's a daily driver, I get laughed at all the time when carrying passengers. More often than not, they say "What's wrong with your car?" Or "It sounds like a truck" or "Is there something broken?".

Problems so far:

The rear tyres have pretty much come to the end of their life, thanks to the 2way LSD and *cough* my heavy right foot.
The rear right wheel bearing/assembly has a small amount of lateral play, so it'll be the next thing to be refreshed.
Loud 'click' heared when dry steering or steering rapidly at low speed. Ball joints? Rack? lower arms? Since I'm no expert, I've decided to change the ball joints and lower arm bushes to pillows.

Luckiest day:

This was all my fault. One late afternoon, last November, I was driving the long way from Bairnsdale to the city via GAR. (And since I wanted to tackle the windy bits during daylight hours) I was pushing. When I took a breather on top of Hotham, let the car idle and turn off, I heard strange gurgling and bubbling sounds emanating from the front... I ignored it and drove all the way down to harrietville during which my OEM brakes started fading, and the right wheel arch started billowing with smoke. "no probs" I thought. Once on the flat, I cruised along sedately to cool everything down - no issues so far. But then, I noticed that the OEM temp gauge was all the way in the RED!!!!! HOLY F***! I immediately pulled over to the side, popped the bonnet and found that the coolant reservoir tank was empty. Sheeeeeeeeeeit! By then I was filled with the deepest, darkest despair, thinking about all the damage I may have already done to the engine, and even entertained the thought of pissing into the tank! WTF?!?!? Relief came after hobbling into Bright at 30km/h. I was able to fill up the radiator with rainwater, and drove gently all the way home.

So it turned out that because I was unable to even use the simplest reasoning, and unable to follow the simplest diagrams, I had put the hoses on the breather tank the wrong way around. The pressurised breather tank was pretty much connected directly into the overflow reservoir. WTF. Epic fail.

Upgrades since then:

Brain upgrade to Version 2.0
DEFI DIN gauge Oil-temp Water-temp Oil-pressure.
GT3037ProS turbocharger with inlet to suit genuine suction plumbing
540cc injectors
BNR34 fuel pump
Iriway No.8 spark plugs
Amuse R1 Titan Euro 2 exhaust - Goodbye Blitz Realize TT (Rusted like hell)
HKS EVC5 - Packed away the Blitz Dual-SBC Spec.R - I'm sure it'll be back one day.
Okuyama Carbing Three-point Aluminium front strut bar.
Lexus 4pot monoblock calipers and 334mm front rotors.
UCF30 2pot monoblock calipers and 330mm rear rotors.
Nagisa Auto Gacchiri Support
Meister R Wet Carbon front bonnet and rear boot lid - painted to body colour.
G-Master tie-rod ends.
EXEDY Carbon-D Twin plate clutch

Photos to come. Anyone know when the next VIC meet is? I finally have time off.
