You can order one from Toyota, there are a couple of different part numbers depending on S1/S2 and if you have a rear wiper. There was a group buy a while ago so someone should be able to give you the part numbers.

Otherwise just go down to the wreckers and grab one out of a camry.

I got a small led bar light from autobarn for like $15 awhile go looks not bad actually better than what some people paid for toyota gen ones.
