why not go through carizma in richmond, i went through them and i know of 6 others that went through them and all have positive experiences

not sure bout the others, but the process i went through was
1. pick car
2. deposit
3. car arrived and i went to have a look
4. left license with them
5. car complied, regoed, stamp duty paid for etc
6. paid them the remaining amount
7. went to pick up car, everything ready nothing else for me to do but drive it

very positive experience for me, and i recomend them for anyone else that wants to import. and if im ever to import another car i will definately be heading back to these guys

I'm with Quachy there.

I got mine through them..

gave them a budget to work with
took a few weeks to find the right car
imported - went and had a look at it
complied/rego
time to go driving in my new baby

*the only issue i had was that my gauges were pinched in between the docs and their workshop and the Roadworthy was a (cough) not very thorough - right rear tyre had a massive chunk out of it that could have been fixed. The boys felt bad about the gauges so they didn't charge me all the extra labour needed to comply it though as there was alot of stuff they had to pull off then put back on.....

Got my Chaser complianced through kamikaze/Sumo Performance. They took a while, and cost me just over $4000 including rego and roadworthy, etc which they did on my behalf. They were going to charge me $500 each for the tension rods + bushes at the front, excluding labour - I'm glad I bought a JZX110 set from Japan myself.

I thought the compliance would cost 2500, but it all added up to a scary sum in the end.
