at the end of the day, these guys are just another wrecking yard selling imported parts. if your looking for parts like a halfcut or a manual conversion package call everyware and get quotes. if one place is cheaper then when you call someware else tell that place how much cheaper the other place was, don't forget to ask for a courier price to your location too.
it's always better to be able to see the parts yourself when buying from wreckers, so if someware local to you has the same parts for sale but they're a few $100 more, then it may be worth paying that instead of taking the risk of the wrong parts arriving or parts missing.
i've taken heaps of chances buying all my stuff 2nd hand off yahoo in Japan, but so far everything has been exactly as described, BUT i would not take the same chances buying parts from a wreckers here in AUS..... same goes for buying fibreglass/carbonfibre bonnets and guards locally, strickly local pick up with COD for these....

I know what you mean about buying local Vs buying from the Japanese auctions. The Japaneses seem anal about their descriptions and product photos and even mark the photos to indicate where defects are etc. Thus far, fingers crossed, I've never been dissapointed with a delivery from Japan as I always get what was described and even the packaging is overboard
