I am living in Japan and just bought the 7d body about a month ago. AWESOME!

I have the EF-S 60mm 2.8 Macro, Battery grip, 2 x batteries, timer remote, tripod, Lowepro backpack and Black Rapid strap.

I want to buy the EF70-200 4L IS and the EF-S17-55 2.8 IS.

Why the 4L and not the ef 70-200 f/2.8l is usm? 4L is way too slow on a big zoom like that IMHO

I've got a 70-300 f4 and it's a pig, only good with a tripod and heaps of light. I think I've only ever used it once too.
