Has anyone installed aftermarket swaybars in a JZX100?
Just looking for some opinions.
Thanks.

FUCKING DO IT!!!!!
I had Cusco sways in the 100, handled a million times better. Softish street coils with fatty sways like the Cusco (plus some good tyres) and I could gap GTRs in the hills. Seriously do it, they're one of the most underrated handling mods, and on a big heavy car like the 100, make a hell of a difference.

I have a set Cusco swaybars ready to go but when I went to get them installed I found out that my swaybar links are fucked. I called Toyota and they want $480 for a set of front and rear links. That'a almost as much as what the swaybars cost me new!!!
Yeah I have read that swaybars are the best bang for buck suspension mod.

Just fitted some TRD sways to mine. I tested it with just the rear on and it made a huge difference. Much flatter cornering and a lot more taily but you could tell the front was leaning in. Putting the front on seemed to balance it up nicely and it feels quite neutral now. I'll give it a good test on the weekend.

$125 each from importbitz. He had another front swaybar there for sale for the same price. Don't know about the rear.

mumblezzz,
Did you have trouble getting the swaybar links off? Mine are seized and the workshop said they can't get them off without damaging them.

Tell them to lay off the crack. They came off easy on mine.
It took me a total of about 45 minutes to fit them both on a wednesday night in my garage. Including a test drive in between.
