Car: '97 JZX100 Tourer V Chaser
Dyno: 202.8 rwhp @ XSpeed in Shootout mode (stock)
1/4 mile: 13.89 @ 98.57mph at Kwinana Motorplex (11psi + pod filter breathing in hot air)
60' time was 2.071 (i think, at mates atm, and a little drunk, haha)

My 94 JZX90 MarkII with GT30R and EManage had its first run on the dyno today since it was nearly completely stock (when it last indicated 152rwkw)

Today it produced a stout 260rwkw.
It wanted to jump off the dyno when the operator tried to bring up the revs in 3rd and it wanted to jump back to 2nd. He turned off the sport mode and waited until it was over 100km/h in 3rd before stomping it to prevent the kickback. When it reached speed cut at 180km/h there was a very loud pop and the turbo outlet hose blew off!

I am very happy with this result as I know there are plenty of things I can do to improve it to clear the 300kw mark (still yet to modify cams, cam timing and ignition timing, and will put in a manual box and put some more boost in) No 1/4 time yet.

This time was on 225 tyres (forget the brand but nothing flash) and launching at just below 2500 rpm. Interestingly, the mph for this run was my lowest for the night. The other runs all had terminal speeds round 100mph but the times were all around 14.00. I think the difference in ET may have been due to stalling it up a bit more on the line for my best time but I'm not sure why the terminal speed would be lower?

Had my car dynoed yesterday at Castle Hill Exhaust Centre.

Totally stock it made 129.5rwkw. Pretty low, but I suppose it just means there's plenty of room to move when I get my mods done.

EDIT: It's an auto btw. The dyno operator said that's about what I should have expected, but it seems a little lower than what others are getting. Dan - when you say yours was dynoed "stock", was that *totally* stock like mine?

It was pretty funny when he first got it on the rollers. He tried to move off them so he could realign the car, but snow mode kicked in because of traction loss. The car simply wouldn't move off them. I had to jump in and disable it.
Here's my dyno sheet btw. The car has a bit of a hiccup at the end which leans it out slightly and gives it a power boost right up top. Can you guys post yours up so I can compare the power curves?

My old chaser made 195kw atw on 10.4psi.

Mods were 3" exhaust from the standard Y pipe, ARE frontmount with new piping and large K&N airfilter.

Manualised JZX81.

Ran a 13.9 @ 103mph many times

JZX90 Chaser tourer-v, ran a 14.06 @100mph 2.38 60ft completely standard. With steelwheeled turbo's, intercooler, exhaust, has run a best of 14.3 @104.8mph with 2.46 60ft. Recently got a 2800 stally and shiftkit so will hopefully bring down those 60ft times and run a 13 now. No idea on power never had it dyno'd but i guess around 170rwkw on 10.5 psi...

i bought mine from the ALSC, they were brand new for $2600 bolt on, i've run them for a year now on 10.5psi and no troubles, hardly noticeable extra lag. They are good for around 21-22psi i think from memory, but i was recommended not to try and run them at more than 19psi, as after that are starting to run out of flow. You could run that all day without having to worry about the wheel falling off.

I ran mine at Willowbank last nite and finally cracked the 13 mark LOL, only had 2 runs but my best was 13.831 @ 103.57mph with a 2.221 sec 60Ft time. still gotta work on getting the stall right as it still wasn't spinning the tyres off the line even with 5 psi onboard, the track was perfect last nite... we'll see next time... hopefully 13.5-13.6

I havent run the car myself but the previous owner ran 13.0@116mph on a damp track at Kwinana . . This was running more boost then i am running. With car setup like it is atm im aiming for a 12.7 - 12.8. .

Took my car for a spin on the dyno today - came back with 149.2 KW - not a lot, but it wasn't running lean or anything so that's the main thing!

That was with Fujitsubo Legalis R catback, 3,5" Metal Cat, dump and HKS GT2835 Pro S turbo running at stock boost (around 9 PSI was the highest it got to), so there is definitely room for improvement once I get the AVC-R, Power FC and FMIC installed. Hoping for at least 200 KW by then.
