Hi everyone,
New to the forums here as i only just got my Hands on a JZX100 Tourer V last week. Unfortunately the Radio and Tape Player aint gonna cut it so i wanna replace it with some good quality gear. I was wondering how you go about removing the trim to access the radio. Also what size is the factory woofer and speakers? Thanks for any help
Pictures would be nice..

Pretty sure all that is required is a flat head screw driver. You jemmy the carbon surround near the steering wheel on passenger side

mine took all of seconds to remove the trim, lots of lightly pulling on it and a clicking noise LOL

I totally get your hesitance to break interior shit..... I got a mate to do my CD player, mainly coz a.) I'm a dodgy prick and b.) If I cracked one of those CF trim pieces, I'd commit hara-kiri with the screwdriver

Just think smart, don't pull on sections where its only 1 cm thick
pull it out evenly and all be well
it'll take 5 seconds the next time u do it

when i pull mine apart i pry up the shifter surround first. then pop out the little coin holder near the steering wheel and stick my finger through and pop out the first clip then carefully work across to the rest of it. takes less then 30 sec to get the whole thing apart.
