With the right parts this turns out to be a very easy and cheap brake upgrade.
All of the new parts required to complete the Left hand side conversion.
Re-use the caliper mount bolts and backing plate bolts.

The Supra calipers have a different mounting spacing so these special nuts are required.
Available through Greenline (Night pager 80 nut set)
Top 2 are the 2 out of the supra calipers, bottom 2 change the spacing to suit Chaser

Press out the supra nuts and press in the new offset nuts.
This is now the exact spacing to suit the Chaser caliper mount.

Backing Plate, couple of different ways to go.
Because you are now fitting a larger rotor the chaser backing plate doesn't cover the rotor,
1) the backing plate can be bent slightly at the outer edges to clear rotor
2) Remove the backing plate completely and leave off ( as l have done for the demo)
3) Use the Supra backing plate, but new holes will need to be drilled in the backing plate as the mounting points are different to Chaser
From here it is just a matter of putting the rotor on, followed by the caliper, pads, retaining pins and shims.

Standard brake hoses will still fit with the supra 4 pots, but l would recommend fitting Stainless Braided Brake hoses at this point to gain full advantage of the Supra upgrade.
Completed Upgrade

To clear the new calipers your wheels will have to be at least 17" and 65mm from the rotor face to the back edge of the spokes on the wheels.

Hope this helps some of you looking into this conversion.
