What sort of tyres are people running on their chasers.
Sizes and brand and any feedback would be good, as im looking at some bridgestones Re001 but only in a 235/40r18 on the rear. Though i have 265 cheap shit tyres atm on there.
would there be any loss on the smaller width or a bigger gain with the quality tyres.

I've heard good things about the RE001's. Don't bother with the RE050's and other bridgestones they're crap.
Personally I use Federal SS595's purely because they're cheap and I don't mind burning up a set every 6mths or so. Grip is pretty good too but they're a bit noisy.

The Adrenalins are a kick arse tyre, very impressive.
They are available in 265/35r18, so you can reshod in the same size if you want.
Price difference between 235/40r18 & 265/35r18 is quite a bit tho...
If you currently have indonesian or chinese tyres, the grippier Adrenalins in
235/40r18 will be an improvement.
I have just replaced my Firenza ST03s with some neutons, made in indonesia.'
Main reason being BUDGET, they are bloody cheap, but not in a CLEAR kind of way
My missus "drives" the car most of the time, and I doubt she ever gets it
into positive boost.

I have some Fullrun tyres on the rear and in the wet on a low damper setting with the coils, the rear slides everywhere with out trying. Which can be annoying at times.
I have been quoted about $350 a tyre in 235/40 r18.
How much are the 265/35 r18 supposed to retail for.
Any other tyres at a decent price and good wet grip that anyone can suggest.
