Since the garage is long gone thought may aswell post up some pics/info on my car.

Bought the September 2006 from a private sale (Far to impatient to wait for one from japan) Car was ex Gt Auto complaince test bunny, so was in great condition. Was a grade 4.5 it still has the plastic covers over the "chaser" scuff plates in the doors. Bought the Car for $19,000 with 52,***kms. Is dark green, auto and has a sunroof, came with the rims and catback.

It did suit but the gold gave me the shits after awhile so black is where its at

Just wanna ask you. did you have the etcs controller installed in ur car wen u bought it or u installed it urself? Easy installation?
Can you tell much difference when its disabled?? I'm planning to buy one so i'm curious how well it works

works really well install took all of about 15mins I think, just remove the glovebox on the lhs is the computer you need to splice into. Its a must have if you have an auto.

Well i have a manual and I think I can feel the etcs butterfly interfering with my throttle. It sucks because its constantly trying to keep a smooth and linear acceleration when your aggresive with the throttle.

In regards to your PFC, are you still running your standard AFM???

yeah still the stock afm was toying with the idea of getting a z32 or Q45 before the tune.

Yea I'm still unsure on what aftermarket computer to get... I want to be able to discard the AFM and run a map sensor. Because the Z32's can only flow up to 300rwkw i think....

I want an ecu which is not too pricey, someone here in perth can tune properly and which allows u to run map sensor. I had a PFC d-jetro in my previous ride (180sx SR20det) and i wasn't too happy with the idle control...

Had my eye on the Greddy emanage but I don't know anyone in Perth that has experience with these ecu's...
