so what did everyone think of the pads?

i finally got around to installing these on the weekend and i've been really impressed with them - they have really improved the braking of the car. what is quite noticeable is the initial bite, whereas before the brakes would take that bit longer to kick in. i always had the feeling that the car wasn't going to stop in time, but now i can pull up the car quite quickly. its more re-assuring now, there isn't any brake squealing and the dust seems minimal. i definitely rate these

Fan-bloody-tastic, someone has actually given me some feedback.
Thanks billy boy you have confirmed my opinion of the "Sport" pads. Just for comparisom the "Ultimate" pads have even better cold bite but don't have the temp rating for track use.

these were the Sport/Silver/600 pads

a bit of a follow up 2 months on - still rate the pads quite highly they are a bit dusty though (ie more than oem pads, but nowhere near as dusty as some) the only squeal is when the pads are cold (read: very slight) but they have really decent stopping power - pulls up time and time again from higher speeds - im doing quite a few country kms at the moment, so pulls up from speeds quite well. must admit, they came in handy when a fucker went through a red light!
