
Some of you might not care, but I personally found Jack3d quite helpful in my pre-workout routine. It game me a buzz which pushed my workouts along and allowed me to lift with a bit more intensity than normal.
I recently ordered some other supplements (BCAAs etc) from my usual source and they sent me a sample of Cellucor C4 Extreme. I've since given it a shot and must admit that it too has a very familiar effect as Jack3d etc for pre workout energy. In other words, I've found my alternative

What do you guys use as a pre-workout pick me up, if anything, and have you found any non MDAA alternatives of your own?
