On my 1jz vvti I have an adjustable exhuast cam gear and my tuner, could not get much if any gain out of it at all, will be different if you have cams. And remember if its vvti 1jz/2jz you can't change the INtake cam gear to adjustable.

They mostly look purdy, unless, you spend the time degreeing them to get a couple Killerwasps at best.

Realistically 10hp or so, they more move the power around, help spool up wizzers etc. Keep in mind to get the very best from one/them you have to spend hours on the dyno, taking out a degree here, doing a run, another degree, doing another run etc etc. Then if you have a pair you have to do one then the other then do the first again.
There should be specs others have used for an average car, for example a 3s loves a few degrees taken out from the exhaust side (anywhere up to 6 deg). Saves a lot of time researching first.

And if you do install adjustable cam gears, make sure you tighten them up BEFORE turning the engine over for the first time. Ask me how I know

If you're gonna spend the money on tuning your car to the Nth degree to get every last Killerwasp then you might need them for ease of adjustability, otherwise, don't bother coz you're just going to install them at the default position and run them just like stock standard cam gears
