well i always respect my cars too much and building the 2jz t04z jzx100 , its not something i wanna beat up on as such
so i bought a hail damaged mx83 cressy with a fair bit of fruit and work. its pretty much exactly what i was looking for.
just needs few odds and ends tidyed up but its a great platform to start with .

jzx81 1jzgte engine and a340 auto
mv 3k stall and 1.5 shift kit
4.11 torsen lsd from jza70
bc coilovers
slotted ba falcon rotors with nissan r33 4pots
full 3" exhaust and high flow cat , but only a 2.5" dump .. this is one thing i wanna upgrade
450x300 front mount cooler , again id like to upgrade it and re do the pipework
pwr trans cooler
nardi steering wheel
like 4 greddy gauges
greddy profec b spec 2
greddy turbo timer
hypergear tr43 turbo with tial 44mm gate to atmos
hks (copy i think ) sneeze BOV
ems ecu piggy backed
18" works vs-mx wheels

on stock injectors it made 326 rwhp
done a 12.03 .. on 225 street tyres
look at the drag time list on this forum .. its placed 2nd
previously plated 1jzzl

im pretty excited to make a few improvements to this and try get it into the 11s as it was so close before .. and that was with a 6500 rev limit !! i think i need to raise the rev limit to over 7k . i also have a bigger stall if its needed .. but with 1.7 60ft times i think the stall matched the turbo.
and run a bit more boost , and fit some bigger injectors as it only has 380cc in there and must be close to full duty cycle.

cant wait to get into this project . but must not get sidetracked from the jzx100 !!

front bumper doesnt look stock , other than that there is no plans to make it look pretty , its going to be a track hack rather than be pretty ( thats what the jzx100 chaser is for )

Don't mind if I pop round one time and have a go of this ;D Pretty interested to see how these old things drive...If I have enough of the fucking JZX100 I would probably consider something like this but with a 2JZ conversion etc - tidy N/A's are pretty cheap and they must be much lighter than JZX100...they always seem to do good times!?
