Hah sorry car went to the mechanics for brake install half an hour after receiving the stuff. Considered taking the trim out before dropping it off but didn't want the car going in looking like a heap of junk

thinking of doing this in the coming weeks too! Updates the interior and gets rid of the yellowish CF thats in my car atm. Are the corners/edges hard to do? I suppose you just heat them up abit with the hairdryer and it should mould to the edge right?

^^^ Pretty much
Just start off on the easy bits and the more you do the more you'll understand the capabilities of the material and hence be able to handle it better. AT first it feels really thick and stiff and you think it's not able to do the things that it does but after a while you'll be a pro with it

real carbon parts are cool, wrapping stuff so it looks like it's made from carbon is less so.

You know what, you're completely and utterly wrong
On the other hand, what I did was wrap the faded and discoloured factory CF dash pieces, which are neither a performance part nor particularly light, in a carbon look film with the outlook to freshen up the look of said panels, nothing more. I am under no misconception that these parts are now any more CF than they were previously. Had I perhaps wrapped them in a woodgrain finish and made them look shite, maybe you would have had a case against me wrapping them.
Also, who really gives a shit...

On the subject of the bonnet, well the 205 has an alloy bonnet stock, hence why I've not replaced it with carbon.
Granted I'll give you that one, since you are wrapping over the stock cf bits anyway.
Most people that use the wrap are spoon power boys and girls who wrap their bonnets and interior pieces, it's rubbish.
If people didn't care they wouldn't do it.

Lol I mentioned the bonnet because I know the stock Supra bonnet is also aluminum and light as hell too
It's the belief that CF is instantly better that I'm against.
Wrapping stuff to look CF is just for fun anyway...

Nah, probably not. They may be some kind of CF overlay on top of the plastic or just a CF look... I highly doubt that Toyota would of gone to the additional expense of real CF. On the other hand, it's also quite amusing IMHO that Toyota went with a CF look over the more traditional wood grain or brushed aluminium styling found in other cars.
