I've got GCG Highflows, custom dumps and exhaust, FMIC, Emanage, USDM Cams, injectors, Profec B II, its auto, has 3k stall converter and MV auto's shift kit, but having a small issue - accelerating from low speed at full WOT the car revs to 4k, then hesitates (Sorta like its got a blocked exhaust), and then takes off like a rocket, only ever does it in first/second - on the highway its mint.... Replaced plugs, didnt make a difference.

check the heat range on your plugs. i had the same issue with the stock ngk double platinum ( sputter at 4000rpm on WOT). tried new double platinum plugs (both denso and ngk), cleaned maf, changed maf, changed air filter and still no joy.

almost gave up but then i got info on this tread from the supra boys

so changed to the nkg brk7eix iridium (heat range 7 suggested for bpu cars to 1bar which matched my mods) and all sputtering vanished.

try it. it might work for u too
