Seeing good condition GTR rims are hard to find (and end up close to the cost of these anyway), I'm considering some SSR Type-C rims in the following sizes:

Front: 18 x 8.5 [8.64kg~8.72kg] [5-114.3 +33]
Rear: 18 x 9.5 [8.42kg~8.64kg] [5-114.3 +36]

I assume they would fit ok, as the R34 GTR (+30) rims seem to fit. Can anyone advise?

9.5 +20 all round is a good fit with a 225/40.. Will only need a slight roll on the rear.
