i noticed as we were leaving, he was writing down plate number details. I am not sure if that is enough for them to send us a parking infringement?

I know in my local train station we have inspectors waiting for people to stop in a non stopping zone when dropping of people in the station, then they take photograph for proof. In this case i didnt see him taking photo's (that i know of) only writing down.
