Hi guys. Since my car never had the stock bumpers and lips when I got it, I'm unsure of how the rear lip goes on. I bought a stock bumper and lip separate from Japan, and the lip has brackets all the way along the back. How are they attached to the bumper underneath there? The brackets have bolt/screw holes, but there are no holes for these to be screwed up into on the bumper, or is it not held on by screws? The other answer could be my bumper isn't a Tourer V bumper, so it doesn't have the holes for the lip? Although I'm sure the lip was off the bumper I got (just separated).



Also, with the side skirts; do I have a piece missing here :?




If someone could look under their rear bumper and tell me how it's attached, I'd appreciate that. Thanks.

My car originally had no lip kit either and when attaching the lips, the brackets you're referring to need to be screwed into the bumper (so once it's removed, there will be holes in the bumper). That and sikaflex along the top edge to hold it in as well.

As for the side skirts, the non factory kitted cars had an extra rubber 'flap' beneath the doors. You can simply cut that off with a stanley knife. What it looks like with your car is the skirts need to be pushed up as it's sagging.

Yea, the skirt does look like it's sagging in that pic, but the gap is all the way along. So that rubber flap you speak of is what is missing on mine, making it look pretty ugly I must say.
