disregard the verossa (fanboys) we will never get it (maybe check back in 10 years) this may get potential 100 owners thinking of going to 110s thinking... dimi asked.. QUOTE The JZX110 was disappointing? to which our very own Joni guru (sorry ben) replied with QUOTE To name a few;
- It isn't any better to drive than a JZZ30 or a JZX90 - the appraised VVT-i engine IMO is not worth the appraisals - It's a new car, like jumping from a R32 GT-R to a R34 GT-R. The excitement is gone and the older ones were more driveable - although being lighter than a stock JZZ30, it is slower. By numbers one might think otherwise... - and mine is on top of those facts also a shitty unit; Have been repairing one fault after another and now, after 6 months it is beginning to be a functioning car. Just needs a new paint, new gearbox, new brakes, and new bushings. personally im swayed to it as a newer car, same engine and its looks, they're pretty much the only selling points for me. the price may put users off for essentially the same car, from whta i know and read, the transition is closer to s14->s15 rather than s13->s14/s15 for comparison what do you think of the JZX110?

well no matter what i say is going to change what other people say.
honestly, i've had s15's, skylines, and heaps of others (check my sig lol)
you need to remember the 100 is a COMPLETELY different car compared to the 110. the 110 IS by far the BEST thing i've owned, and BY FAR a much better option in my mind than any 100.
opinions are the only thing fr that you'll get on this thread, however until u actually drive one and compare it to urs, u'll never no
and anyone else from jap who's driven both can compare to lol
no point in me actually saying what i think, because its me vs everyone. lol but also remember one thign. 110's need work. they need kits/rimz/lots of stuff to make it look good. 100's dont this is the reason why ppl dont like 110's, cos they're pulsar spec.

From the pictures on 110's it seems they improved the boot space too, the middle bit can be taken out to fit a sub to maintain a nice rectangular space for your crap (IMG: style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif) Can 110 owners clarify on that? I absolutely despise the 100 boot, such terrible design, can't believe they left it for so many generations...

i disagree.. BN kit is awesome, especially if its done right. Also as far as i know, there is no one in Australia that has a full BN kit on there chaser. The only one i know of is Adam in NZ and fuz or fase had the front bar in Vic. (IMG: http://i541.photobucket.com/albums/gg366/gino_xl/Picture189.jpg) anyway, back on topic I dont mind the x110, but as most of the others have said, it definately needs a kit, wheels and dropped on its rails for it to look killa. Which i hope Ben does!! lol (IMG: style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)
