QUOTE (Vindicare @ May 20 2008, 12:28 PM) *
I dont mind the 110 Mark II's with vertex kit, other than that they dont have as much aesthetic appeal as the JZX100, so dont sell too soon boys!
Plus as much as i respect the chef, i check auctions fairly regularly and i think to be honest you wont get any change from low 30's for a decent manual. 2000/2001 JZX100's still fetch high 20's for a decent manual. Plus compliance will be more expensive for 110's than 100's for at least the first year as the company who puts together the package first will need to recoup their money.

Budget $33-35k for nice manual (IMG:http://www.jzx100.com/forum/style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

will look forward to hearing updates!

If you take up the test compliance offer (have to wait longer) you get compliance for free on the 110. (correct me if im wrong chef)

So still looking at high 20s to low 30s

Good point Vindicare, you're probably right, I was just hazarding a guess based on what late model 100s are fetching, but don't bet on compliance being any less than $4500 either...

Compliance would be free on test cars.

Yeh test car would be an ideal way to go, saving almost $5k is always great! (IMG:http://www.jzx100.com/forum/style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

Does anyone have pictures of jzx110's with factory body kits? They look like the kind of car that really needs aftermarket aero to look good which would turn me off. But if the factory kit looks okay some serious wheels would probably be enough in the looks department. If i get back into the JZX game at the end of the year i would seriously consider a '110 if for no other reason than that they are newer than '100's. Anyone have performance stats on the 110? I'm guessing they'd be a mid to high 14second 1/4 mile car standard?

are they interiours the same as the jzx100/90 series? ie more or less same dash etc
what about chassis wise, anything mark2 will be compatible with a verossa,

do they also accept coilovers from other chassis? ie how 90/100's are compatible

also was there a series 2 of the mark2/verossa

i know the verossa disconinued in 03/04

As you can see in the pics Vindicare posted, the dash is totally different. Chassis wise they are the same, just like 100's, it just a body difference.

The white one above is a GF-JZX110 (facelift). Like in the previous series, the earlier ones ( E- JZX100 etc ) have amber indicators, GF clear.

answer 2 questions with one post

IR-V Series 1
(IMG:http://img372.imageshack.us/img372/9955/s1jy5.jpg)

IR-V Series 2
(IMG:http://img207.imageshack.us/img207/8727/s2iz9.jpg)

series 2 factory lip kit
(IMG:http://img207.imageshack.us/img207/75/lipgz4.jpg)

the Grande IR-V Fortuna, series 1
believe it or not, those are the stock wheels, eww
(IMG:http://img170.imageshack.us/img170/4969/fortuna2zu3.jpg)

Grande IR-V Fortuna Yamaha Power, series 2
comes with volks as stock!
silver strip interior
and vinyl seats, instead of cloth seats
dunno mechanical wise
(IMG:http://img294.imageshack.us/img294/8177/yamahasa8.jpg)

Grande G-TB
grandpa spec, wood grain interior, usually two-toned, but with 1jzgte power (series 1, with factory lip kit)
(IMG:http://img241.imageshack.us/img241/635/gtbwn8.jpg)

Engine pic, battery moved to back, ETC-S on throttle anything else??? lol

I like the ones with the Vertex kits (skirts and ful bumper replacements).

My pick would be a series 2 in a pearl white with the Vertex skirts and some 18/19 stagger. Now to win lotto... (IMG:http://www.jzx100.com/forum/style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

SWEET JEEBUS WHAT ARE THE OFFSETS ON THOSE WHEELS

No insane camber or massive flaring of guards that i can see either which may lead me to confirm what i have heard in that suspension is different in the jzx110's to jzx90/100 as coilovers, etc... are only being seen to be compatible with 90/100 and never is 110 mentioned...

I wish! I do like the 110's alot, but they do need to be lowered with a decent wheels and maybe a vertex lip kit?
